  • Streamlined communication workflows for Briscoes and Rebel Sport’s Retail Media initiatives, improving efficiency across teams.

  • Led a winning team in the Big Bloom Hackathon, designing a payroll giving app now in development by the Cure Kids Foundation.


CHANGE & Communications

Led and successfully executed the implementation of a cloud-based data management system for Hyundai Fleet, and the Hyundai NZ Pinnacle Programme. This initiative was pushed through agile methodology, ensuring daily operations continued without disruption. The project enabled data-driven decision making, improved data accuracy, fostered transparency, data security, and streamlined a range of communication processes.

My work also involved:

  • Optimising internal communication processes to drive collaboration and streamline workflows within teams.

  • Managing Hyundai’s social media for the Pinnacle Programme, increasing social engagement and building stronger connections with the target audience.

  • Coordinating high-profile community events such as programme information evenings, induction days, and keynote speaker events, driving brand visibility and engagement.

  • Managed website content for the Hyundai Pinnacle Programme, ensuring timely updates and compelling messaging for community engagement.


Full Website Overhaul

Redesigned and curated the Prana website to ensure a user-friendly experience. This project helped transition patient phone-calls to emails, helping reduce an administrative bottle-neck.

The website has since facilitated the clinic’s move to a digital enrolment process for patients, and pushed the clinic’s digital presence with optimised SEO.

My web-services involved crafting the full website structure and mapping the user journey. I photographed all clinic staff and facilities.
